Data Acquisition Software

Several I/O modules, interconnected through RS485 or Ethernet, can be combined with Winlog Evo to build a reliable and affordable distributed data acquisition system. The integrated development environment includes a selection of tools and graphic libraries designed for easy and intuitive multi-language application building.

Using the Application Builder, objects that interface with I/O IOlog modules can be pulled directly from a library and combined to build data acquisition applications.

Any object contains the corresponding I/O module variable list. It may also include one or more supervisory or configuration templates and a list of events and alarms with the associated management procedures. Multilanguage mode can be configured for each object; this allows the operator to select the desired language during runtime.

All acquired data can be recorded and displayed in graphical trends and alarm logs or processed to be saved in reports (for production review and quality control). Support for CSV and ODBC formats grants compatibility with the most common Windows data interface applications (Excel, SQL, etc.).

Winlog Evo can also be used to set up distributed Client/Server architectures on Intranet/Internet networks to create web applications, accessible from any browser or from the mobile app Winlog Remote, available on Android and iOS.
